Version 2 of our
Combined Program, named Portfolio Creation & Maintenance (PC&M).
PC&M combines Investor's Edge, Portfolio Evaluator, Global Asset
Allocation (GLOBAA), ETFs & CEFs Portfolios, and U.S. Treasury Strip
Model (ZeroC) all on one GUI
Screen. PC&M was released May 1, 2006 and represents our
flagship program. A new version of PC&M was released in late September 2009 that will run on Microsoft XP, Vista, and Windows 7. |

Investor's Edge
A
comprehensive and integrated 20 module financial information and
analysis computer program developed and maintained by PIMS, Inc.
Seven historical databases are provided and maintained daily by
PIMS, Inc. The databases
include historical fundamental and technical data for 3000 securities
including common stocks, exchange traded funds and closed-end
funds. IE modules include
market indicators, market indices, U.S. Treasury and corporate bonds,
open-end mutual funds, Black-Scholes option analysis module, asset
allocation module, 21 portfolio investment styles, and a currency
futures options trading model.
Investor's Edge includes both the Portfolio EVALUATOR and the ETFs &
CEFs Portfolio program modules.

Portfolio EVALUATOR
Portfolio
Evaluator is a 15 parameter stock rating program that also provides portfolio
creation and maintenance capabilities. A SEARCH routine accesses the fundamental and technical 3000
stock databases to find top rated companies in four market capitalization
categories; All Stocks, Large-Cap
Stocks, Mid-Cap Stocks, and Small-Cap Stocks.

Global Asset Allocation (GLOBAA)
GLOBAA
is one of the first actively managed worldwide portfolio creation and
maintenance computer programs using a security database that
includes Exchange Traded Funds, American Depository Receipts, liquid Open-End Mutual Funds, and Closed-End Funds.
Our latest version, Model 3, gives the User the option to choose which fund
type(s) are used to create portfolios and includes the provision to include
commissions and fees in units of basis points.
GLOBAA accesses two databases for 31 developed countries
having computerized stock
markets. The first database is comprised of macro-economic and stock
market index data. The second
database is the quarterly performance of all country specific securities.
These two databases date back to quarter four 1993.
GLOBAA chooses attractive securities for each of the seven world regions
according to proprietary algorithms. Model
verification and its "figure of merit" was determined by running
historical performance calculations.

ETFs
& ADRs Portfolios
This
module was first released January 16, 2006 and modified during 2007 to include
ADR securities. With the current popularity of ETFs and ADRs, the module provides the ability to quickly create portfolios
consisting of ETFs & ADRs. Approximately 410 ETFs
& ADRs are divided into eleven categories covering the computerized stock
markets worldwide. Portfolio printouts and saving security symbols to the
Portfolio Creation module of Investor's Edge are provided to enhance portfolio
management studies.

U.S. Treasury Strip Model
(ZeroC)
This module was added to PC&M during the
summer of 2006. It was developed from
specifications provided by API Trust. ZeroC is a single bond model that calculates trades
depending upon the yield of the long bond. Annualized performance
results for the period 1997 thru Qtr 3, 2009 exceeds 10%.
